What Reglo provides

Reglo helps you explore visual design ideas using room photos, panoramas and AI-generated changes. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. Keep your account credentials secure and use only an account you are authorized to access.

Your images and instructions

You retain whatever rights you hold in the content you upload. You give Soco App LLC and its service providers permission to host, process, transmit and display that content as needed to provide Reglo’s features and respond to your requests. Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Do not submit private information about others without permission, unlawful content, or content that violates another person’s rights.

AI outputs may not be unique and may be subject to third-party rights or provider terms. You are responsible for reviewing results before using or sharing them. We do not guarantee that an output can be exclusively owned or used for every purpose.

Acceptable use

Do not use Reglo to infringe rights, harass people, create prohibited sexual content, facilitate illegal activity, bypass security or usage limits, interfere with the service, or access another person’s account or images. We may limit or suspend access to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements.

Availability and saved designs

Reglo is being developed and features may change. Generation can fail, take longer than expected or be unavailable. We work to preserve accepted requests and saved designs, but uninterrupted service and permanent storage are not guaranteed. Export important designs. We will disclose any paid offering, price and applicable purchase terms before a purchase; these terms do not authorize an undisclosed charge.

Reporting a result

Use the room’s options menu → Report this result to flag harmful or inappropriate content without leaving Reglo. Our team reviews reports to improve safeguards. Reporting does not spend credits and does not itself issue a refund. Contact support@so-co.app for purchase or account help.

Credits, when enabled

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The Play checkout shows the applicable price and currency. Purchased credits do not expire and belong to your Reglo account; they are not cash or transferable currency. Before a paid design, Reglo shows its credit cost. Accepted work reserves those credits; a successfully saved result spends them once, while a technical failure or cancellation releases the reservation. A request for a different aesthetic result is a new generation, not an automatic refund. Refunds are subject to applicable law and Google Play’s processes; a refunded pack is removed from your balance, and a refund of already-spent credits may prevent further paid designs until resolved. Account deletion does not automatically refund purchases. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights.

Privacy and deletion

Our privacy policy explains how room content and account information are handled. You can delete rooms in My rooms and request permanent account deletion. Deletion cannot be undone and does not remove copies you exported or shared with others.

Responsibility and changes

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Reglo is provided as available without guarantees about generated results, suitability for a particular remodeling project or uninterrupted operation. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms and will provide notice when required. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using Reglo and export or delete your content.
